Shipping within India

We currently ship all orders across India through trusted delivery partners.

⏳ Processing Time

All products at Premashiart are handcrafted, so we need a little time to prepare your order with care.

  • Processing time: 2-7 business days

  • During festivals / high order volume: Slight delay may occur, but we will notify you.

📦 Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within:

  • 5–9 business days depending on your location

Remote areas may take a little longer.

💳 Payment Method

We accept Prepaid Payments 
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.

🚫 No Returns / Exchange Only

Since our products are handmade:

  • No returns

  • Exchange only in case of
    ✔ Wrong item delivered
    ✔ Damaged product on arrival
    (within 24 hours of delivery + unboxing video proof)

📍 Incorrect Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail.
The customer is responsible for re-shipping charges in such cases.

📬 Tracking Details

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package.
