1. Handmade Nature

All products are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and not considered defects.

2. Prepaid Orders

We only accept prepaid orders.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as each item is prepared individually.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns.
Exchanges are allowed only if:
– You received a damaged product
– You received the wrong product
Exchange request must be made within 24 hours with an unboxing video as proof.

5. Product Usage

Premashiart is not responsible for damage caused due to mishandling of the product after delivery.

6. Website Content

All images, designs, and content are owned by Premashiart.
Do not copy or reuse without permission.

7. Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to incorrect information, payment issues, or suspicious activity.
